Terms of Service

 1. Introduction Purpose: These ToS apply to all grooming services provided by Cats and Dogs in theBubbles Grooming Shop ("the Shop") in Los Angeles, CA. Acceptance: By utilizing our services, clients agree to comply with these terms.

 2. Service Description Scope: Comprehensive grooming services for cats, dogs, and other pets, including bathing, fur trimming, nail clipping, and ear cleaning. Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online or in person. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

 3. Payment Terms Fees: A detailed list of service prices is available on our website and at our shop. Payment Methods: Acceptable forms include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Late Payment: Services must be paid for at the time of appointment. Late payments may incur additional charges.

 4. Client Responsibilities Pet Health: Pets should be vaccinated and free from contagious diseases. Proof of vaccination may be required. Behavioral Issues: Clients must inform us of any known behavioral issues or sensitivities their pets have. Client Presence: Clients are welcome to stay in the waiting area during grooming but are not permitted in the grooming area for safety reasons.

 5. Liability Waiver Injuries/Damages: The Shop is not liable for minor nicks or scratches resulting from normal grooming of a cooperative pet. Liability for major incidents is limited except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Personal Property: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought to the Shop.

 6. Service Refusal Rights Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a health or safety risk.

 7. Cancellation and Refund Policy Client Cancellation: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee. Shop Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with a commitment to rescheduling at the earliest convenience. Refunds: Refunds or partial refunds will be considered on a casebycase basis.

 8. Dispute Resolution Direct Resolution Preferred: We encourage clients to address any concerns directly with the Shop's management. Legal Recourse: Any unresolved disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in Los Angeles, CA.

 9. Amendments to Terms Updates: We may update these ToS periodically. Notice of significant changes will be posted in the Shop and on our website.

 10. Governing Law Jurisdiction: These ToS are governed by the laws of the State of California.

 Acknowledgment: Clients acknowledge that by using our services, they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
